- If you join or are invited to an organisation or school workspace, you agree that administrators may manage membership and see certain information as designed into the product.

Prohibited Activities
- Submitting plagiarized or non-original content

5. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
- You retain ownership of your original creative writing submissions
- You grant us and our subprocessors (including machine learning or cloud providers) a license to host, process, analyse, and display your content as needed to operate the Service — including generating automated or intelligent feedback, moderation, extraction from images or PDFs where you use those features, and homework or assignment workflows
- You represent that your content is original and does not infringe on others' rights
- We may use anonymized or aggregated content for platform improvement and research
Our Content
- All platform content, design, and functionality are our intellectual property
- Educational materials and resources are licensed for personal use only
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
- Automated and system-generated feedback is indicative only; it may contain errors and is not a substitute for professional teaching, marking, or guaranteed exam outcomes
6. Machine learning and automated tools
Parts of the Service use machine learning or third-party model APIs. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any suggestions before relying on them. We may change models, vendors, or features over time.

7. Payment Terms and Subscriptions
Subscription Plans
- Various subscription plans are available with different features and pricing
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Price changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
Payment Processing

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuideWaves Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination
Termination by You

- We may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice
- Immediate termination may occur for serious violations or legal requirements
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
